The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of Council's Infrastructure Delivery Program, supporting the planning, coordination, and performance tracking of a portfolio of Infrastructure projects that matter to the community.

You'll work within a small, collaborative, high‑trust team, partnering closely with internal delivery teams, technical specialists, and senior stakeholders across Council. Helping projects stay aligned, visible, and well‑managed, the team's purpose is to bring clarity, coordination, and insight to infrastructure delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys making sense of complex information, connecting the dots across projects, and helping others understand how the program is tracking.

This is a permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week. Salary from $110,633.41 up to $136,194.45 per annum plus superannuation. (Salary package will be assessed based on skills, experience and qualifications)

How you'll make a difference

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of Council's Infrastructure Delivery Program
  • Monitor, analyse and report on program and project performance across Council's Infrastructure Delivery Program, including schedule, risk, and financial performance to provide clear, practical insights.
  • Identify emerging issues, manage change, and support informed decision‑making
  • Translate an abundance of data and program information into clear, accessible updates
  • Work closely with delivery teams and internal stakeholders across Council
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in program reporting, processes, and governance

About you

You are a curious infrastructure professional with relevant experience and a degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Asset Management, Business, or a related field, and equivalent demonstrated capability.

You bring experience working in infrastructure, project, or program environments and are comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines. You can work independently, but genuinely value collaboration and shared outcomes.
