As an Instructional Designer Intern, you’ll design and build courses that empower students to master the foundational and professional skills that unlock a lifetime of opportunity — succeeding not just in academics, but in their careers and lives.

Note: This is a creative content-design role focused on building impactful learning journeys — not a research, audit, or teaching-only position.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Design engaging courses: Create content, activities, projects, and assessments that make learning practical, interactive, and memorable.
• Turn concepts into skills: Translate frameworks, formulae, and theory into hands-on, decision-ready learning.
• Enable great teaching: Develop resources and guides that help mentors deliver your courses with clarity and confidence.
• Drive improvement: Gather feedback, reflect on outcomes, and continuously enhance content — never settling for 'good enough.'
