For our trusted partner, a leading international company within the global IT ecosystem, we are currently seeking an Case Management Specialist with proficiency in both German and English to join their international team in Sofia (hybrid model).

The company provides innovative digital solutions and services, supporting business customers worldwide through advanced technologies and a diverse portfolio of IT products and services.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve order-related exceptions in internal systems

• Analyze data and identify discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or documentation

• Communicate with corporate customers and internal teams via email and internal tools

• Ensure timely resolution of cases in line with internal procedures and SLA requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and update information in company systems

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth order processing

• Work in an international and dynamic environment with a hybrid working model

Our requirements:

• Very good German (B2) and English (B1–B2)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work with data and identify inconsistencies

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in order management, customer support, data processing or administration is considered an advantage

• University degree is considered an advantage

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
