JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for expertise in OT/industrial control systems (ICS), and Cyber Physical, providing clients with insights to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, reliability, and safety in addition to advising clients on the integration, optimization, and security of operational technology systems within their industrial environments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Stay aligned with emerging trends across various technologies including OT platforms, industrial control systems (ICS), and cybersecurity, and new trends from OEMs.
2.Develop comprehensive OT strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry trends
3.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of OT trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
4.Design innovative solutions that leverage OT to address specific client challenges
5.Identifies, assesses and manages cybersecurity risks within ICS/OT environments. Evaluates
and analyzes the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity controls and provides feedback and recommendations based on assessments.
6.Provide project management oversight and support throughout the implementation lifecycle, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
7.Facilitate the adoption and integration processes of OT within client organizations engaging stakeholders at all levels to communicate benefits, address concerns, and foster buy-in for emerging technology initiatives.

9.Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and further innovation of OT considering the emerging technologies such as Industrial 5G, Robotics, AI/ML.
10.Designs and oversees the development, implementation and configuration of cybersecurity systems and networks in ICS/OT environments.
11.Tests, implements, deploys, maintains and administers hardware and software that protect and defend systems and networks against cybersecurity threat in ICS/OT environments.
12.Uses data collected from a variety of cybersecurity tools to analyze events that occur within ICS/OT environments to detect and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
13.Investigates, analyzes and responds to cybersecurity incidents within ICS/OT environments.
14.Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
15.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENICES & SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a professional business environment with extensive work in OT plant or affiliate
•Knowledge and experience (designing, commissioning or maintaining) ICS systems: SCADA, EMS, DCS or PLC. Experience in supporting or troubleshooting industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, HART etc.
• Knowledge of any security standard e.g.:IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, C2M2.
• A passion for advisory and Cybersecurity topics together with willingness to continuous self-development.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) allowing to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences from technical automation personnel to senior security or operations personnel
• Possession of any security certificates (e.g. CSSA, GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or ISA 62443) is a plus.
• Experience in a professional’s services firm is a plus
•Proven experience in OT assessment, evaluation, and implementation, preferably within a corporate innovation or research and development setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical concepts and transform them into business value within the realm of OT.
• Competency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
