Tasks
In this internship, you are part of a motivated & diverse team within Lufthansa Group’s Digital Commercial Solution. You will be based in Zurich and actively collaborate with colleagues located in Frankfurt and Vienna. Structured, analytical & technical mindset and team-player attitude is key.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers
- Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team
- Assist with organizing ideation processes and aligning roadmaps, as well as preparing for agile ceremonies
- Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks
- Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot
- Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly structured, organised and proactive
- Ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
- Technically curious and airline industry enthusiast
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
- Very good spoken and written English skills
