Tasks

In this internship, you are part of a motivated & diverse team within Lufthansa Group’s Digital Commercial Solution. You will be based in Zurich and actively collaborate with colleagues located in Frankfurt and Vienna. Structured, analytical & technical mindset and team-player attitude is key.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers
  • Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team
  • Assist with organizing ideation processes and aligning roadmaps, as well as preparing for agile ceremonies
  • Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks
  • Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot
  • Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly structured, organised and proactive
  • Ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
  • Technically curious and airline industry enthusiast
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
