Redfish Capital is an RIA in Cypress, TX with an additional branch office in the Financial District of Galveston, TX. Redfish Capital is a Financial Planning and Investment Management RIA. As we are an RIA, we are fee only advisors.

We currently have four investment advisors, one CPA, one CFP, and one accountant on staff. We are looking to add two more highly qualified advisors who fit both our needs and culture. Whether you currently work for another RIA, Broker Dealer, bank, or insurance company, we know how to transition your book. At Redfish Capital we have an extremely strong culture. Our culture is a service-based model with good people doing the right thing for the client no matter what. We are seeking an outgoing and personable person for a full-time role as a Financial Advisor who will fit in with our culture.

Role Overview:

-Join a fast-growing firm to grow Assets Under Management and Financial Planning Fees.

-Help clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning, including investment, retirement, insurance solutions, and estate planning.

-Develop and implement customized financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance, and current portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

-Meet with clients and prospects to assess their financial situations and long-term goals.

-The Redfish Team (CFP, CPA, Accountants, Money Managers) is here to help you develop the most comprehensive financial plan should you choose

-Present the Financial Plan to the new client

-Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing reviews, and make necessary adjustments.

-Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and education.

-Prospect and onboard new clients, while also servicing existing ones.

Qualifications and Skills:

-FINRA Series 65 is required.

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience.

-Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

-High level of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
