What You'll Do: • Edit episodes for assigned vertical drama series — pacing, visual storytelling, emotional beats • Use AI editing tools for rough assembly, then apply human craft for final cuts • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across 20-30 episode series • Collaborate with directors and showrunners on creative vision • Optimize workflows for speed without sacrificing quality
What You Bring: • 3-6 years of professional editing experience — narrative content (TV, film, web series, or short-form) • Proficiency with AI-assisted editing tools — you already use AI features in Premiere, DaVinci, or standalone AI tools • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling in short-form formats • Ability to work at high volume — you're fast AND precise • Experience with vertical video formats is a strong plus • Collaborative mindset — you take direction well and communicate clearly
