Role Overview-

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant with 7+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, organic growth, and international digital marketing. The person will lead Fact.MR’s SEO strategy with a strong focus on improving report page rankings, increasing qualified organic traffic, strengthening international search visibility, and supporting lead generation.

This role requires someone who understands both technical SEO and business outcomes. The candidate should be able to work closely with content, research, technology, and sales teams to ensure that high-value report pages are discoverable, well-structured, indexed properly, and ranked across priority international markets.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead the overall SEO strategy for Fact.MR, with primary focus on report page ranking, category visibility, and organic lead generation.
  • Improve organic rankings for syndicated market research reports across international markets such as the USA, Europe, GCC, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and other priority regions.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, sitemap structure, canonical tags, robots directives, schema markup, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and report-page hygiene.
  • Build and execute keyword strategies for report pages, category pages, press releases, blogs, industry pages, and other commercial landing pages.
  • Strengthen on-page SEO by improving meta titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structures, FAQs, snippets, content hierarchy, and answer-ready sections.
  • Work on AIO, GEO, and AI-search readiness so Fact.MR content is better understood and surfaced by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-led discovery platforms.
  • Improve internal linking between reports, blogs, press releases, industry pages, category pages, and related market pages to increase crawl depth and topical authority.
  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns for international lead generation, especially around high-value reports, priority domains, and strategic market opportunities.
  • Monitor SEO and paid campaign performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools.
  • Identify ranking gaps against leading market research publishers, consulting firms, industry portals, and high-authority content platforms without directly naming competitors.
  • Coordinate with research and content teams to ensure every new and revamped report follows SEO, AIO, GEO, and quality standards before publishing.
  • Work with the technology team to resolve technical issues related to indexing, crawling, duplicate content, structured data, page speed, redirection, and report upload processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, traffic, leads, conversions, PPC ROI, and priority action items.
  • Build a practical roadmap for improving report visibility, including quick fixes, technical improvements, content enhancements, and long-term organic growth initiatives.

Required Skills-

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, organic marketing, and digital growth.
  • Strong experience in international SEO and B2B lead generation.
  • Proven ability to improve rankings for commercial pages, report pages, consulting pages, SaaS pages, or research-led content.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, internal linking, schema markup, and crawl optimization.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing, and international PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to work with content teams and improve page structure for SEO, AIO, GEO, and conversion.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar tools.
  • Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, indexation, and structured data.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect SEO performance to traffic, leads, and revenue outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI-led search, answer engine optimization, entity-based SEO, and search experience optimization will be an added advantage.

  • Stronger internal linking, topical authority, and content discoverability.
  • Improved PPC campaign ROI and reduction in wasted ad spend.
  • Timely SEO reporting with clear action points and measurable progress.

Ideal Candidate-

  • The ideal candidate should be strategic, hands-on, analytical, and commercially focused. The person should not only understand SEO and PPC but also know how digital marketing contributes to report sales, inbound leads, and international visibility.
  • This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership, work across teams, identify problems quickly, and execute improvements that directly help Fact.MR report pages rank better and generate more qualified business inquiries.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in B2B, market research, consulting, SaaS, information services, professional services, or knowledge-led businesses will be preferred.
  • Candidates who have handled international SEO and performance marketing for high-value commercial pages will be given priority.
