Description

As our new Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our end-to-end supply chain while developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in supply chain. Through rotations across key functions, you'll support business operations, contribute to excellent customer service, and help ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.

You'll play a key role in supporting teams across Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management and Planning, working closely with experienced colleagues to understand how each function contributes to the wider business. This is an opportunity to build practical experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, help drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement, and make a real impact while developing your career.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end supply chain by processing customer orders and ensuring excellent service throughout the order fulfilment process.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory activities to help ensure products are delivered on time and stock levels remain accurate.
  • Contribute to supply chain planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across Supply Chain while maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance within a chemical manufacturing environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or Business Management role.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
