Role Description The Internship Program role at Haraakah | حركة is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. Interns will support the planning and execution of corporate wellness programs and sports events, including coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and assisting with event operations. Day-to-day tasks may include collecting and analyzing feedback, preparing basic reports, and helping improve program processes. Interns will communicate with internal teams and clients, assist in participant onboarding and training sessions, and contribute to creating engaging, high-quality experiences for corporate partners. This role offers hands-on exposure to sports event management, corporate wellness, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Program Management: Ability to assist with planning, organizing, and tracking wellness programs and events.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to gather data, analyze feedback, and support simple reporting to improve program effectiveness.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, partners, and participants.
  • Training and Customer Service: Interest in supporting training sessions and delivering a positive experience for clients and event participants.
  • Additional qualifications: Enthusiasm for sports, wellness, and mental health; strong organizational skills; willingness to learn; ability to work collaboratively on-site in Riyadh; proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); and current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program is preferred.
