We are looking for an Marketing Supervisor / Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Porsche Türkiye team within Doğuş Otomotiv .
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, marketing or communication)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of marketing
- Think out of the box to plan communication activities in accordance with brand goals
- Have strong communication skills and be competent in relationship management among teams
- Have no travel restrictions, active driving licence
- Well organized, deadline oriented, multitasker
- Excellent internal & external relationship management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge and experience in digital media buying.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools.
Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute premium marketing events and brand experiences, including product launches, driving experiences, dealership openings, and other experiential marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
- Coordinate dealer marketing activities, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with central marketing strategies, corporate identity (CI), and global brand standards.
- Ensure showroom visual merchandising standards and luxury retail concepts, are consistently implemented across the dealer network.
- Develop and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the luxury, innovation, and heritage of the Porsche brand while supporting business objectives.
- Implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement and customer journey across dealer network
- Manage media campaigns and digital marketing activities, including campaign planning, performance analysis, SEO, DCO, and monthly reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Manage and optimize the company and dealer websites by ensuring engaging, up-to-date content, excellent user experience, and strong search engine performance.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments, dealers, agencies, global brand partners, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and consistent brand communication.
