BTS Factory IT Business Solutions Manager

Position
We are looking for a BTS Factory IT Business Solutions Manager to join our IT team and support business applications, digital solutions, and transformation initiatives in a factory environment.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into effective IT solutions, and support the implementation and improvement of applications, tools, and processes. Responsibilities
- Support and improve business applications used across the factory/business environment.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of IT/digital solutions.
- Participate in IT projects, ensuring proper planning, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
- Contribute to business analysis, process improvement, reporting, automation, and data-related initiatives.
- Cooperate with internal IT teams, external suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality solution delivery and support.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with internal IT standards, policies, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
- Fluency in Romanian and English.
- Experience in IT, business applications, business solutions, or a similar area.
- Ability to support different applications and understand business processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI reports and Power Automate.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Project management experience or participation in IT/digital projects.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Exposure to AI tools, Copilot solutions, or AI agent-building concepts, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI agents.
- Experience in a multinational, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
