Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing Be You Clinic’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging visual and written content, and aligning messaging with the clinic’s brand and aesthetic services. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and adjust strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the clinical and front-desk teams to promote services and offers, responding to online inquiries and comments, and collaborating with marketing partners to ensure a consistent digital brand experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize content for engagement and conversions.
• Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat) and basic analytics tools.
• Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling, preferably with experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries
