Tasks
- You own the backlog of major structural maintenance requirements and turn them into timely, executable work packages.
- You are reporting back data from external providers in our systems to enable the next maintenance steps.
- You inform make-or-buy decisions with data-driven insights.
- You partner with colleagues to oversee external providers before and throughout maintenance events.
- You drive continuous improvement by analysing event results and strengthening planning data, risk evaluation, and mitigations.

Requirements
- You have a commercial or technical education within the aviation maintenance industry or a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or production planning within a large organization.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- You are of curious nature, interested in learning, have good analytical skills and enjoy asking questions.
- You are committed and dedicated to your tasks.
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
