Only four years after entering the market, Mondu is one of Europe’s leading B2B payments providers. Now live across 30+ markets, trusted by ambitious companies and operating with an EMI license, we’re expanding our commercial footprint in Europe, and beyond.

To support our commercial efforts, we are now looking for a working student fluent in German for our Amsterdam Sales team. If you are passionate about tech, sales, and strategy and ready to gain real hands-on commercial experience, we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, qualifying and preparing high-value customers in Germany.

🚧 What You’ll Do

  • Proactively conduct cold outreach via phone, opening doors with decision-makers at Germany's top e-commerce enterprises.
  • Gain experience in the most well known commercial tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Lusha to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Create and execute creative, localized outbound campaigns together with the Business Development Lead
  • Continuously experiment with new outreach strategies, messaging and channels to maximize engagement and drive measurable results.

🏅 What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled at university in a business, economics, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
  • A resilient, positive attitude towards outbound sales - you're comfortable hearing "no", knowing that every conversation brings you closer to the next "yes".
  • Curiosity, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS, payments and sales.
  • Able to work in our central Amsterdam office and can commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
  • C1+ in German. You’ll be speaking with natives on a regular basis, so business level fluency is a must here!
  • C1+ in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Have first experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Have worked with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Have an interest in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
