Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate appointment records and patient information.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience in appointment booking and calendar management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling tools).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service executive is preferred.
