Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate appointment records and patient information.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Experience in appointment booking and calendar management.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service executive is preferred.
