About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Flight Test Pilot (Category II Licensed) to support aircraft development, production acceptance, certification, and flight validation activities within our manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for conducting flight tests on newly manufactured and modified aircraft, evaluating aircraft performance, validating system functionality, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct developmental, certification, and production flight tests on newly manufactured aircraft.
  • Execute post-maintenance and acceptance test flights.
  • Evaluate aircraft performance, stability, control characteristics, and system functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and certification teams.
  • Support aircraft type certification and airworthiness approval activities.
  • Review test plans and ensure safe execution of flight test programs.
  • Analyze flight test data and provide technical recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed flight test reports and certification documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks during test activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Flight Test Pilot Category II Qualification/License.
  • CPL or ATPL with appropriate aircraft ratings.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant flying experience.
  • Previous experience in aircraft manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or flight test organizations.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, certification processes, and flight test methodologies.
  • Experience working with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Graduate of a recognized Test Pilot School (ETPS, NTPS, EPNER, FTPS, etc.).
  • Experience supporting aircraft certification programs.
  • Background in production acceptance and developmental flight testing.
  • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, GCAA, or military airworthiness regulations.
