We are looking for an International Sales Specialist who will actively develop international markets, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to our company’s global growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our international customer portfolio, developing long-term business relationships, and representing our company in global markets.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Research potential customers and establish direct communication on behalf of the company.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
- Conduct customer visits abroad and represent the company in international markets.
- Prepare commercial offers and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies in line with company targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
- Follow up on order, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Work proactively and flexibly as part of a dynamic international sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy, electrical equipment, transformer, or industrial machinery sectors.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Analytical and structured thinking with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple international sales opportunities.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- No restrictions on international travel.
- Based in Mersin or willing to relocate to Mersin.
