We are looking for a AI Process Engineer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing CEO Office department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What Makes You Special?
- You have at least 4+ years of experience in Process Engineering or business analysis, with hands-on expertise in AI driven automation
- You are experienced in workflow automation platforms and integrating these tools with external AI services
- You are skilled in analyzing operational bottlenecks and designing smart solutions to increase efficiency choosing the right tool for the problem rather than being tied to a single stack
- You have proficiency in advanced prompt engineering to standardize outcomes and minimize operational errors
- You are familiar with data integration and API management to securely connect internal systems to intelligent workflows
- You are adept in cross-functional communication, able to translate different departments' needs into scalable solutions and drive adoption
- You bring experience in change management and building technology literacy across non-technical teams
- You make decisions with a data driven mindset and communicate transparently across teams values we live by at Wingie Enuygun
- You are deeply curious about Generative AI applications in business, and you actively use AI assistants yourself to boost your own efficiency
What Will You Do?
- Report directly into the CEO Office and shape the company's operational AI transformation from the ground up
- Analyze existing internal operations and identify where intelligent automation can reduce costs and increase speed
- Design and implement smart automation scenarios and workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Create standardized prompt libraries and usage templates for teams to apply in their daily operations
- Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to ensure automations work seamlessly within technical infrastructure
- Monitor performance, cost, and success rates of established processes, continuously optimizing them
- Organize workshops and hands-on sessions to build company-wide fluency and adoption of new tools
- Establish usage guardrails in compliance with data privacy standards (KVKK) and company policy
- Stay current with innovations in business process automation and Generative AI, and quickly adapt them to company dynamics
