Aktek Bilişim, a company under Akkök Holding, is looking for a Project Management Consultant to join its Project and Portfolio Management Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field,
- Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience, including ERP implementation and transformation projects,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle SAP and/or Oracle E-Business projects, preferably in manufacturing,
- Experience working within a PMO environment and applying project governance practices,
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP methodologies, RAID management, project governance, budgeting, and forecasting,
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies, and project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project,
- PMP certification is required,
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
- Proactive, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Job Description
- Lead and coordinate multiple ERP project teams to ensure successful project delivery across all workstreams,
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline,
- Collaborate with SAP/Oracle E-Business consultants, developers, business teams, and clients to achieve project objectives,
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle,
- Establish and improve PMO governance, project methodologies, standards, and reporting processes,
- Drive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management across the project portfolio,
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and project financial reports,
- Ensure effective project governance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning,
- Apply Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and ERP project methodologies to support successful delivery,
- Support organizational change and promote project management best practices,
- No restrictions on domestic travel.
