Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- High organizational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical, practical and solution-oriented
- Able to manage stress
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours
Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support
- Organize meetings, travel, and events
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, responding as necessary
- Schedule and track the his/her calendar
- Ensure the confidentiality and protection of sensitive information
