About the Role:
Responsible for the deployment of passive and civil infrastructure for contracted business parks and gated communities. The role involves coordinating between developers, subcontractors (SCs), and internal teams to ensure network implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deploy all passive and civil infrastructure for contracted business parks and gated communities as per contract scope
- Follow up daily on work progress between developers and subcontractors (SCs) for network implementation
- Handle all developer requests related to project phase deployment
- Carry out acceptance for all civil and passive network works completed by developers to transfer network responsibility to e&
- Complete acceptance cycles for SC-delivered works and follow up on payment cycles, applying penalties where applicable
- Manage engineering vendor workload and production to achieve critical project milestones
- Host weekly stakeholder meetings to review progress, identify weaknesses, and ensure customer deadlines are met
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance and work closely with them to resolve chronic issues
- Track vendor and SC SLAs across various stakeholders
- Provide technical support to field surveyor teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure design quality
- Establish technical specifications for fiber OSP materials in coordination with supplier representatives
- Ensure vendors and contractors comply with asset management KPIs and company rules
- Define the civil and passive infrastructure implementation strategy including scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and milestones
- Allocate financial, administrative, logistic, and HR resources required for effective passive and civil infrastructure implementation
- Manage project key success factors: schedule, cost, and quality
- Maintain full control and responsibility over the entire installation and implementation process
- Provide technical support to field implementation teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure quality of work
- Confirm installation quality and ensure works are accepted from first time

Required Qualification
- B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in passive fiber or civil infrastructure deployment, preferably in telecom or real estate development project
- Basic understanding of fiber OSP components: ducts, manholes, fiber cables, splice closures, and ODFs
- Exposure to vendor/subcontractor coordination and project follow-up
- Familiarity with acceptance testing procedures for passive network infrastructure
- Good communication and stakeholder management skill
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent project sites and manage priorities
