Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV
Duration: 6 Months
Onsite: Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Pay Range: $50-55/hr
Job Description:
The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst is to define, build, manage and measure global asset management.
A typical Supply Chain Analyst may be responsible for buying goods and services, and analyze performance of suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at different DCs
• Coordinate weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot issues that come up on a timely basis
• Update allocation of total supply amongst different demand channels on a daily basis based on inbound freight reports, and supply projection model
• Coordinate uploading allocation information, factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key XFN partners (Supply planners, Freight team, Procurement team, CE team)
• Document and help streamline existing processes
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
• Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports to decipher data and to drive resolution for any discrepancies
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) is preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite + G Suite
• Experience working with planning systems, and specific supply planning/supply chain planning
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role/function

• This role will be part of the Supply Planning group and will support RL product portfolio- includes Quest 2, Portal family, Accessories and an exciting pipeline of new products
• Key projects will be in data analysis (freight data, inventory data), validating and testing systems (Oracle Fusion, E2Open planning tool)
We are looking for someone that has more technical experience working with planning systems, and specific supply planning/supply chain planning experience.
This role will have a higher degree of active planning involved.
Outside of current hiring need(s), will there be additional needs for contractors in the next 12-months (forecasting)

General supply chain experience- particularly in inventory mgt is key including supply planning/supply chain planning experience
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills – ability to slice/dice data and make inferences/recommendations is core to this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this candidate will be working with several XFN partners as part of their daily role
Nice-to-have Skills
Supply planning experience – particularly with planning systems/tool (E2Open experience will be great!)
Oracle Fusion ERP experience
