About The Role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join Clarify’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the user interfaces that bring AI-powered features to life for sales teams. Your work will directly impact how users interact with features such as conversational search, data enrichment, insights, and workflow automation. You will collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to define the frontend architecture, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI integration within the product, setting technical standards and best practices for the entire development team. Your contributions will help establish a robust, scalable, and performant frontend infrastructure that supports the company's rapid growth and innovation goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience building production web applications
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js stack
  • Experience developing AI-powered or real-time user interfaces
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and data handling
  • Proficiency with complex data structures and API integrations
  • Ability to ship features from concept to production, including testing and monitoring
  • Excellent collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders
  • Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Bonus: Experience with data visualization, tables, or command palettes

Responsibilities

  • Create intuitive interfaces that foster user trust in AI functionalities
  • Architect scalable frontend systems that enhance team productivity and quality
  • Define API contracts and data exchange patterns across teams
  • Establish performance standards for data-intensive AI interfaces
  • Develop and maintain a component library and design patterns for team adoption
  • Build and maintain frontend infrastructure including tooling, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines
  • Set architectural direction, including state management, data fetching strategies, and routing
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and facilitate team collaboration
