About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented remote Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Gorilla Commerce. In this role, you will serve as a key production partner, focusing on image retouching, precise color correction, and the development of compelling graphic assets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency and accuracy across all brand visuals, including product images, digital listings, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in executing high-volume creative work with precision and takes pride in delivering visually stunning assets that meet strict brand standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the visual storytelling that drives our clients' success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, card templates, and file organization
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, particularly in image retouching and color correction
• Experience working with shared asset libraries such as Canto, Dropbox, or similar tools
• Knowledge of generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, etc.
• Exceptional eye for typography, color accuracy, layout, and visual hierarchy
• High attention to detail and quality assurance
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated with a highly organized work style
• Entry to mid-level design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets using Figma, ensuring visual consistency across all product lines
• Create digital product listing assets for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels that optimize conversion rates
• Retouch, color correct, and update product imagery in Photoshop, maintaining precise color accuracy and consistency
• Organize and maintain all design files and assets within digital asset management systems, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
• Stay informed about emerging design tools, trends, and technologies, with a focus on integrating AI into the creative workflow
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs clearly with team members and stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and brand compliance of all creative assets produced
