About the Company

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this fully remote role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for highly skilled technology professionals across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, AI/ML, and executive technical leadership positions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate combines strong technical recruiting expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers. You will play a key role in attracting top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and helping shape our recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Recruit for a wide range of technical positions including Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, QA Engineers, Technical Product Managers, and Engineering Leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth recruiter interviews to assess technical aptitude, communication skills, culture fit, and career alignment.
  • Coordinate technical interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and successfully close candidates in competitive markets.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, recruiting best practices, and talent availability.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company through virtual recruiting events and professional networking.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes through automation, market intelligence, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven success recruiting for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise technology roles.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks including cloud platforms, software development methodologies, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and technical hiring managers.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience hiring DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, or Security professionals.
  • Agency recruiting experience, corporate recruiting experience, or a combination of both.
  • Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and workforce planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
