About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including paid media, retail media, affiliate, influencer, and owned platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive measurable growth through performance optimization, data-driven decision-making, and strategic partnership management. You will play a crucial role in scaling customer acquisition, enhancing marketing efficiency, and shaping the digital presence of our brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how our brand appears across digital touchpoints while maintaining a balance between growth, brand integrity, and compliance within the wellness industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign execution and optimization, ensuring that all digital initiatives align with business objectives and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and measurable growth
  • Proven expertise in managing integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, retail media, and other digital channels
  • Experience managing affiliate, influencer, and creator partnership programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon DSP & Sponsored Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and retail media networks
  • Own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, ACOS, CLTV, CPM, CPC, and other KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage and grow affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships through recruitment, activation, relationship management, and performance analysis
  • Lead owned social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engagement optimization
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and CRM teams to improve website, email, and SMS marketing performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor campaign effectiveness and guide optimization efforts
  • Analyze customer behavior, audience segments, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive
