We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership in a dynamic corporate environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience within a holding company or diversified organization is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot presentation and AV equipment.
