An exciting opportunity has come up for a Technical Consultant.

The Technical Consultant - will support the implementation, enhancement and ongoing management of APB Singapore’s business applications across Supply Chain and Commercial operations. The application landscape includes Warehouse Management Systems, Distributor ERP using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Route-to-Consumer applications and related system integrations. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners and regional Digital & Technology teams to support business operations, deliver application projects and drive continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across enterprise applications, business processes, system integrations and project delivery. Candidates are not expected to have prior experience across all the applications listed.

Job Description

Business Applications

  • Support business applications across Supply Chain and Commercial operations.
  • Monitor application performance and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and technical teams.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, releases and documentation.
  • Work with users to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.

Projects and Delivery

  • Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Support requirements gathering and process discussions with business users.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, deployment and go-live activities.
  • Track project actions, risks, issues and timelines.
  • Support project documentation and stakeholder communications.

Integration and Technology

  • Understand how APIs, interfaces and middleware connecting business applications.
  • Work with technical teams and vendors to investigate system and integration issues.
  • Support data migration, reconciliation and interface testing.
  • Maintain documentation of application architecture, interfaces and data flows.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Digital & Technology teams.
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables with implementation and support partners.
  • Support user engagement, adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in business applications, IT project delivery, business analysis or application support. Candidates with relevant transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience supporting at least one enterprise application, such as ERP, WMS, Commercial or Supply Chain systems.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, systems and business processes.
  • Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP platform.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system interfaces, integrations or middleware.
  • Experience supporting system testing, data migration or application implementation.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance or distributor operations.
