We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a 18 months period.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Global Sales by managing and optimizing sales operations, partner management, and planning processes to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible in ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies through data analysis, system transformation initiatives (PRISM), contract management, and accurate reporting, while maintaining compliance and improving overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Global Sales in achieving sales goals by handling and managing the organization’s sales operation process.
- Enabling sales operations to go smoothly and support the implementation of Sales Strategies to further the growth of the sales organization.
- Support on partner management, including partner onboarding, end customer registration, Distributor oversight process and trade compliance requirement.
- Support annual planning activities, including sales planning, sales quota assignment, Territory Set up and Chart of Account reconciliations with RISE.
- Gather data and conduct analysis of company sales, evaluate sales process, programs, and system to raise efficiency and effectiveness to support sales and revenue growth.
- To support in organization system transformation initiatives (PRISM) including Customer Relationship Management, Sales Contracts, Sales Incentives and dashboard analytics.
- Support PRISM initiatives in every milestone including requirement gathering, data gathering, data cleaning, reconciliation, UAT, Training, adoptions to archive critical success factors.
- Support contract management best practices including centralized repository, best practice documentation, workflows approval, renewal and integration with CRM.
- Support data reporting, data reconciliations, consolidations of historical data and ad hoc reporting.
- Responsible in customer data reconciliation between RISE and EBS.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- Typically 2 or more years of working experience in Sales Operations, Reporting, Business Support, or related functions
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data extraction, spreadsheet management, reporting.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- High proficiency in navigating and using systems, particularly in CRM, SharePoint and SIP.
- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative.
