The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning orders, filing inventories, tracking ongoing orders
  • Keep records organized on information about supplies and experiment results
  • Coordinate lab functions to ensure continuous smooth operation of the lab
  • Coordinate calendar and organize meetings for PI
  • Preparing drafts and/or finalizing diverse letters and documents related to grant applications, coordinating lab website
  • Supporting PI in organizing his teaching and course director duties including contacting instructors, collecting homework and exam questions, contacting students, etc.

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
