A leading, fully integrated healthcare system is looking for a seasoned Senior Epic Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Cogito to drive enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. Will build and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer. Partner with business leaders to define reporting needs and deliver analytics solutions as well as guide junior team members while promoting reporting consistency, data quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and executive teams to deliver data-driven insights, develop scalable reporting solutions, and strengthen decision-making through analytic. Strong understanding of patient registration (ADT), clinical documentation, orders/results, revenue cycle, and ancillary applications

Key Requirement

• 5+ years of experience working with Epic Cogito, including Clarity and Caboodle in a healthcare/hospital setting
• Proficiency in SQL skills with extensive knowledge of Epic database structures
• Epic Cogito Certification (Clarity and/or Caboodle) required; additional Epic certifications are preferred
• Experience with Power BI and Business Objects is nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Info. Systems, Comp. Sci, Data, or a related discipline
