Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, providing direct administrative and personal support to the CEO. The Personal Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize logistics for business and personal appointments. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and tracking follow-ups and deadlines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expense reports, and assisting with special projects and events as needed. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and ensure the CEO’s time is used efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, including calendar management, prioritization, and multitasking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft emails, documents, and presentations clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), scheduling systems, and basic document management.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or in a high-level administrative role is preferred.
  • Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
