Your tasks
- Development of international markets with a focus on growth and the expansion of existing potential
- Establishing, controlling, and further developing an international distributor network
- Securing new distributors, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Conducting negotiations and taking responsibility for key projects and strategic clients
- Developing and implementing market strategies and business plans
- Representing the company to clients, at training sessions, at trade fairs, and at industry events
Your profile
- Several years of experience in international business development and market expansion
- Practical experience in managing and developing distributor networks
- Strong commercial understanding and a clear focus on results
- Confident manner, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Business-fluent English; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese preferred
- Knowledge of German is desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50% of the time
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems, ideally SAP
