These aren't words on a wall. These are the operating system of our company. They define who we hire, who we promote, who we part ways with, and how we make decisions every single day.

1 EXTREME OWNERSHIP: We own everything in our world. No excuses. No finger-pointing. No waiting to be told twice.

2 GROW OR GO: We grow, or we make room for someone who will. Complacency is the enemy.

3 BIAS FOR ACTION: When in doubt, move. 80% of the information is enough.

4 SPEED WINS: Fast beats perfect. Always. Tasks completed ahead of deadline, not on or after.

5 MULTIPLY: We use AI, automation, and systems to multiply our effort and outpace competitors.

6 INNOVATION: We don't copy. We create. The standard is "is this different, and is it better?"

If these values don't describe how you already operate, we wish you the best of luck finding the right fit somewhere else.

If they do, keep reading.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: To build the most dominant beauty brand on Amazon through better products, faster execution, and a team that refuses to lose.

We're a 7 year old beauty brand that started on Amazon. We specialize in chin masks and eye masks. We're a mid-7 figure brand and on our way to scaling to 8 figures. Our customers love our products, our growth is real, and we need someone to run the operational machine while I focus on building the brand and developing new products.

I'm the founder and CEO. Right now I'm spending an inordinate amount of time every week doing things I shouldn't be doing. Chasing updates. Running meetings. Reviewing invoices. Writing SOPs. Troubleshooting tools. Managing my team's daily output. That needs to stop. Not because I can't do it, but because it's not the highest-value use of my time anymore.

That's where you come in!

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

You'll be the #2 at this company. Not on paper. For real. You'll own every operational system, every process, every meeting, every deadline, and the daily output of your direct reports. I set the direction. You build and run the machine.

Within 90 days, I should be able to step away from operations entirely and focus on growth, product development, and strategy. You make that possible by actually owning it, not by checking boxes and waiting for me to tell you what to do next.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗢

The Team

  • Directly manage our inventory and operations lead, our graphic designer, and our PPC team. Four people now, growing to six to eight within 12 months.
  • Run weekly 1-on-1s. Give direct feedback regularly, not only when something breaks.
  • Own performance management. Catch underperformance early and address it directly.
  • Reinforce a culture where people own their results and do not escalate every decision.

The Operating Cadence

  • Run the weekly team meeting and the monthly all-hands. Prep the agenda, facilitate, capture action items in Asana, follow up to completion.
  • Own Asana as the single source of truth. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Deliver a weekly ops report to me: team performance, project status, inventory, account health, financials, and blockers.

Inventory and Supply Chain

  • Review and approve all reorder recommendations before POs go to suppliers.
  • Verify sales velocity, lead times, safety stock, and FBA receiving timelines.
  • Own the re-order pipeline: production, freight, FBA inbound, and 3PL coordination.
  • Quality-check the operations lead's work. Catch errors before they become stockouts.
  • Run the weekly inventory review: stock levels, inbound shipments, reorder status, and flags.

Systems and Knowledge Infrastructure

  • Build and own our SOPs, dashboards, and Notion workspace as a centralized knowledge and reporting hub. Keep it current.
  • Own the software stack, vendor relationships, and recurring subscriptions.
  • Final sign-off on supplier invoices and operational spend.

Account Health

  • Own the monitoring and protection of our Amazon account health on a daily basis
  • Track key account health metrics: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, policy violations, IP complaints, and listing suppressions
  • When issues arise (listing removals, category disputes, compliance notifications), you take the lead: gather documentation, open and escalate cases, and coordinate with our team to resolve
  • Proactively audit listings for compliance risks (product claims, image requirements, restricted keywords, category accuracy) before Amazon flags them
  • Monitor and resolve stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and any FBA-related account issues

Hiring and Onboarding

  • Lead the hiring process for new roles: JDs, screening, interviewing.
  • Onboard new hires with structured 30/60/90 day plans, tool access, and training docs.
  • Build the playbook so the next five hires are easier than the last five.

PPC Operational Rhythm

  • Run the weekly PPC check-in. Collect reports, summarize the data, flag anomalies, hold the cadence.
  • You own the rhythm and the accountability around PPC. You do not own the strategy.

Consultant and Contractor Management

  • Primary point of contact for all external consultants and contractors
  • Follow up aggressively on timelines and deliverables
  • Flag delays with options, not just problems

The Filter

  • You are the first line of accountability for daily execution. If something is late, unclear, or below standard, you address it before it reaches me.
  • You are the operational filter between the team and me. Resolve at your level. Escalate only what is strategic or exceeds your authority.

WHAT YOU DON'T OWN

  • Hands-on supplier negotiation, sourcing, and freight booking. Our operations lead executes these. You own the oversight, the reorder approval, and the final sign-off.
  • PPC strategy and execution. Our PPC Lead owns ad performance.

You partner with these people. You do not run their craft. You run the machine around them.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗝𝗢𝗕

I'm not going to sugarcoat it.

You're stepping into a small team that has only ever reported directly to me. Adding a management layer is a culture shift. You'll need to earn trust. It won't be given automatically.

You'll need to set standards and enforce them without breaking the relationship.

You'll need to manage creative talent firmly without killing their motivation.

I need someone strong enough to earn that trust quickly and push back when I'm in your lane. If you're someone who just says yes to everything the boss says, you'll fail here.

We make decisions on 80% information and adjust as we go. If you need everything perfect before you act, this isn't the right fit.

This is a demanding role. You're managing people, projects, systems, vendors, reporting and finances all at once. If you want a predictable 9-to-5 where you do the same thing every day, this isn't it.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗝𝗢𝗕

You're the #2 at a real, profitable, growing brand. Not employee #347 at a faceless company.

The operational infrastructure you build directly increases the value of this company. You're building something that matters.

I'm direct, I give clear feedback, and I'm invested in your success. You'll always know where you stand.

Full remote. Must be available during core hours (10 AM to 3 PM AST). No commute, no office politics.

You'll build systems from the ground up. If you love creating order from chaos, this is your playground.

This role grows. As we scale to 8 figures, so does your responsibility and your impact.

Onboarding: A structured first 90 days with clear milestones and feedback at 30, 60, and 90 days. By day 90 we'll both know if this is the right fit. You'll always know exactly where you stand.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 (𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲)

-3+ years managing operations for an Amazon FBA brand ($3M+ annual revenue)

-Managed at least 3 remote team members directly

-Advanced daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) with specific, demonstrable examples

-English fluency. This is a writing-heavy role and your communication must be crystal clear.

-Available during Atlantic Standard Time hours (10 AM to 3 PM AST / UTC-4)

-Built SOPs and operational systems from scratch

-Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Asana (or equivalent), and Excel/Sheets

COMPENSATION

  • Compensation: $4-5k/month depending on experience. Independent contractor.
  • Performance bonus: Quarterly performance bonus introduced at month 6 tied to a clear scorecard, inventory and operational KPIs, team execution, and company growth milestones.
  • Growth: Comp grows as the company grows. We hit milestones, you hit milestones.
  • Setup: Fully remote, flexible within the AST overlap window.

This is a gross figure. You are responsible for tax procedures in your country of residence. Apply only if you are happy to work as an independent contractor.

Applications without both a resume and written response will not be reviewed.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Our team works async, so you manage most of your own schedule. The one fixed requirement is a daily core overlap from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM AST (UTC-4), Monday to Friday, for meetings and real-time collaboration.
