They should demonstrate proficiency in handling liability cases, exhibit self-motivation, diligence, and display exceptional legal writing skills. Responsibilities to Include

• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and case evaluations to advocate for our clients' interests
• Prepare meticulously for and actively participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates
• Collaborate closely with our team to devise litigation strategies and tactics
• Craft compelling legal documents and arguments
• Uphold a commitment to preparation and diligence
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
