Role Description The Enrollment Advisor is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting prospective learners through the course selection and enrollment process. On a day-to-day basis, the Enrollment Advisor responds to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, explains program options, and helps individuals understand admission requirements and course outcomes. The role includes conducting needs assessments, recommending suitable academies and programs, and guiding applicants through application and enrollment steps. The Enrollment Advisor also maintains accurate records in CRM or enrollment systems, follows up with prospects, and collaborates with colleagues to improve the learner experience and meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and support prospective learners effectively.
  • Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain program details, requirements, and processes in an accessible way.
  • Candidates should possess sales skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and convert interested prospects into enrolled learners in an ethical and consultative manner.
  • Candidates should possess critical thinking skills to assess learner needs, evaluate options, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in education advising or enrollment, familiarity with CRM tools, comfort working remotely, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
