Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care within Aionis Wellness, supporting dermatology, aesthetic, physiotherapy, and integrative health services. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, assisting with procedures, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring accurate documentation in alignment with clinic protocols. The nurse will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support AI-informed treatment plans and deliver safe, evidence-based care. Additional tasks include patient education on treatment processes and aftercare, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license, with eligibility to practice in Qatar; nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and hands-on support for dermatology, aesthetic, and physiotherapy procedures.
• Strong patient communication abilities, including clear explanation of treatments, aftercare instructions, and wellness programs in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Competence in clinical documentation, electronic health records, and basic digital tools used in AI-informed diagnostic and treatment workflows.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards in outpatient and wellness-focused medical settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to innovative technologies, and manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, rehabilitation, or integrative wellness settings is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.
