The Role: Data Delivery Manager
We’re looking for a Data Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a large, complex, multi-year Data Retention transformation. You will drive delivery across defined workstreams spanning Group, Life, Technology, Data, Risk and Legal — helping to establish a unified and sustainable approach to data retention and scalable data products. You will translate programme objectives into executable delivery, working with third-party providers and internal teams to assess systems against M&G data retention policies and coordinate the implementation of required remediation solutions.
This role is suited to a hands-on delivery leader who can operate effectively and independently within a broader programme structure, bringing clarity to complex data and regulatory requirements while coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will lead analysis and implementation of retention rules within your scope and provide clear, data-driven reporting into programme governance, ensuring senior stakeholders have confidence that data is managed, controlled and retired safely and transparently.
Through your work, you will contribute directly to strengthening operational resilience, reducing our risk profile and supporting the data foundations that underpin customer trust and future digital strategy.
