Co-founder and Chief Revenue officer (CRO)

We're hiring a co-founder, not an employee. 20% of the company, a seat at the table on every decision, and ownership of the entire revenue side of an AI CRM built for the fastest-growing SME market in the region. This role requires both full-time commitment and a capital contribution. You're buying into the company you'll help run.

About us

Botpoint is a Dubai-licensed software company (DED mainland LLC). Our product, ebrought, is an AI-native CRM for small and medium businesses: a platform of specialized AI agents that don't just organize a pipeline, they work it. They research and score leads, draft and send outreach, follow up, and hand back finished work instead of to-do lists.

Most businesses don't have an AI problem. They have an execution problem. SMEs feel it hardest: they can't hire a team for every function, and generic CRMs leave the doing to humans. We put agents on the doing.

The product is live. The market is moving: AI-in-CRM is growing ~36% annually toward $50B+ by 2030, the UAE has 557,000+ SMEs heading toward one million by 2030, and nobody owns this segment yet. What we need now is the person who turns that into revenue.

What you'll own

  • Revenue, end to end. From first UAE SME customers to a repeatable sales motion across the GCC: pipeline, pricing conversations, closing, retention.
  • Go-to-market strategy. Direct sales, partnerships with free zones, business-setup firms and accountants, and the self-serve funnel.
  • The numbers that set our valuation. First $10–20K MRR unlocks our seed round; ~$3M ARR in three years puts the company in the $23–35M range. You'll be the reason those numbers happen, and you'll own 20% of them.

Who are you

  • 5+ years selling B2B software or SaaS, with at least some of it in the GCC. You know how UAE SMEs buy, and you can navigate Arabic-speaking markets (Arabic a plus, not required).
  • You've built revenue from zero before: first customers, not just managing an existing book.
  • You can sell a technical product without hiding behind a sales engineer.
  • You want ownership and consequences, not a salary and a title. Ready to be full-time in Dubai.

The deal

  • 20% equity in Botpoint Software Design L.L.C, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.
  • Capital contribution required. This is a founder buy-in at a founder valuation (a fraction of our investor pricing), sized in the low-to-mid six figures (USD). Exact terms discussed directly; structured as new capital into the company, not a payment to any individual.
  • Modest salary once revenue supports it. Before that, we both eat what we kill.
  • Co-founder title, board-level voice, and full transparency on financials from day one.

Why now

The single-owner cap table is clean, the license is active, the product works, and the AI-CRM window is open. The next 18 months decide whether this is a lifestyle business or a Series A company.
