Paid Social Lead (Interim Consultant)

NMQ Digital

Amsterdam Area

Description

ABOUT US

At NMQ Digital, we orchestrate digital excellence for global brands. We are a Dutch-rooted, fast-growing digital partner to the world's leading multinationals, helping marketing leaders move from fragmented execution to unified orchestration, where strategy, technology, content, and data work in concert toward measurable outcomes.

Our practice spans Traffic Generation, Content Management, E-Mail Marketing, Project Management, Full-Stack Development, Digital Strategy & AI Transformation, Data & Analytics, and UX/UI Content Design, delivered as one cohesive capability, instead of a patchwork of services.

With offices in Amsterdam, Istanbul, Lisbon, Kuala Lumpur, Bogotá, and Portland, our multicultural team turns global complexity into competitive advantage. Different perspectives, languages, and lived experiences are how we hear what others miss and orchestrate what others can't.

We are looking for a Paid Social Lead to join our team! This is a strategic role rather than a purely executional one: you will act as a sparring partner to our campaign managers, challenging and elevating their thinking, driving pilots and innovation, and pushing our paid social strategy to the next level across the International Region. This position is until the end of the year (December 2026). Both short-term contracts and freelance contracts are available. Amsterdam office visits are appreciated for this role. The benchmark allocated to this position is €4.500 to €6.000 gross per month.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within a matrixed, multi-market structure, collaborating closely with regional and North America stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to coach and challenge campaign managers.
  • Available to start on short notice, given the urgent nature of this cover.
