CPA Kudos Greece is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Audit Manager to lead and enhance our audit function. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing risk-based audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual audit plan based on organizational risks and priorities.
- Lead complex financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
- Manage and mentor audit teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support special investigations, risk assessments, and corporate governance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of audit experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems.
- Experience within a multinational organization or professional services firm is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
