Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
