Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Content & Digital Asset Manager to oversee the development, design, production, and execution of digital marketing assets that support our product launches, retailer presentations, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.

This role bridges Product Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that every product launch is supported by high-quality visual content, videos, digital assets, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is both a project manager and content creator who can manage multiple product launches simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Marketing Asset Development

  • Develop and maintain a marketing rollout calendar for all product launches.
  • Create and manage content plans supporting product introductions, retailer presentations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate the production of digital marketing assets from concept through final delivery.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are completed prior to product launch dates.

Video Production

  • Plan, storyboard, and produce product demonstration videos.
  • Coordinate video shoots, editing, motion graphics, and final approvals.
  • Create content for social media, websites, retailer presentations, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage video asset libraries and maintain organized file structures.

Graphic Design & Digital Asset Creation

  • Design social media graphics, web banners, email graphics, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Create and maintain digital assets for retailer presentations and sales meetings.
  • Prepare assets for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Target, and other retail partners.
  • Collaborate with licensors to ensure all artwork follows approved brand guidelines.

Project Management

  • Maintain a master content production schedule.
  • Track asset development through all stages of production.
  • Monitor project deadlines and communicate status updates to leadership.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Development to understand launch schedules and product features.
  • Work closely with Design, Sales, Licensing, and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with overseas partners regarding photography, renders, and marketing assets.
  • Support trade shows, retailer line reviews, and sales presentations.

Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Ensure all approved assets are properly archived and accessible.
  • Manage version control and approval documentation.

QualificationsRequired

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Canva
  • Microsoft Office
  • Smartsheet or project management software
  • Experience creating digital content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience producing and editing product videos.
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ content and e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience working with licensed consumer products.
  • Photography and photo editing experience.
  • Knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling tools.
  • Experience supporting retailer presentations and trade shows.
