Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-performing KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, and strategic partners that contribute to user acquisition and trading volume growth. The ideal candidate possesses extensive crypto market knowledge, an established network within the trading ecosystem, and a demonstrated track record of generating sustainable trading activity.

This role is highly performance-driven and requires a candidate who understands both the retail trading landscape and the mechanics of exchange growth.

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and onboard crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with trading-focused KOLs and influencers.
  • Drive measurable growth in:
  • Trading volume
  • Daily Active Users (DAUs)
  • Deposits and user acquisition
  • Affiliate and KOL partnerships
  • Develop and execute partnership campaigns that increase exchange adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of crypto market trends, exchange competition, and trader behavior.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, VIP, and Growth teams to support partner initiatives.
  • Track and report KPIs including volume generation, new user acquisition, retention metrics, and partner performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of business development, partnerships, affiliate, or KOL management experience within crypto.
  • Existing network of derivatives-focused KOLs and trading communities. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of maintaining successful partnerships and generating trading activity.
  • Experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, trading platform, broker, or Web3 company
