As part of our expansion in Serbia, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our People & Talent Acquisition team in Belgrade and play a key role in building a high-performing, motivated, and diverse workforce for our growing iGaming operations.
The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various positions within our company — with a strong focus on roles in customer support, payments, marketing, risk/AML, and VIP services.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from preparing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to interviewing, evaluating, and providing a smooth and professional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, fast-paced environments, and the iGaming industry.
You will work closely with HR leadership, hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that recruitment processes run efficiently and support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across all departments of the company, including but not limited to:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, prepare requisition forms, and create job descriptions based on agreed role requirements
- Create engaging job postings that reflect the company tone and needs
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and referrals
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events
- Conduct pre-screenings, facilitate (one-way and live) video and in person interviews, and assessments
- Evaluate candidate fit based on experience, skills, and culture match
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and timely communication flow throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and structured data within the ATS
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on onboarding processes
- Provide recruitment reports and insights to leadership
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent interviewing and evaluation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centered mindset
Preferred
- Experience hiring in the iGaming industry
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workable is a strong advantage)
- A degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
