Are you looking to start your career in IT Helpdesk? We are looking for a full-time Junior IT Helpdesk, responsible for resolving Level 1 IT incidents, providing technical support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide IT support to departments and internal users based on incoming requests;
- Resolve Level 1 IT incidents;
- Properly escalate unresolved requests to the next support level and follow up on their resolution together with the involved parties;
- Guide internal users, using agreed internal policies and procedures, through the process of resolving existing tickets;
- Collaborate with internal users and all involved parties (IT Romania, external contractors), provide feedback, and track issues until resolution;
- Provide technical support to ensure the proper functioning and correct use of equipment within the office;
- Maintain records and inventory of consumables and equipment at the office;
- Install and maintain workstations from both a hardware and software perspective;
- Manage equipment orders to suppliers (Purchase Orders), register them in company systems, and verify invoices while ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in remote support and ticketing applications;
- Knowledge of hardware and software;
- English – intermediate level;
- Analytical skills / attention to detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit;
- Ability to solve urgent issues;
- Positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism.
