To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager (m/f/d) who will strategically develop our brand as well as the brands of our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content for:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Develop and execute social media strategies for solution25 and our clients
- Create editorial calendars and content plans
- Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy
- Plan and coordinate photo, video, and content productions
- Collaborate closely with our design, video, marketing, and e-commerce teams
- Manage and engage with our social media communities
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Monitor social media trends and develop new content ideas and formats
- Support the growth of our corporate brand, employer branding, and executive personal brands
Your Profile
- Experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for high-performing content
- Experience planning and managing social media campaigns
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English and/or German
- Passion for e-commerce, marketing, and digital trends
- Previous experience in an agency or e-commerce environment is a plus
