Role Description This full-time, on-site Clinic Registered Nurse role is based in Karāchi and supports dermatology and cosmetic care services. The nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, including preparing clients for procedures, assisting clinicians during treatments, and monitoring patients before, during, and after interventions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic assessments, documenting patient histories, maintaining accurate medical records, and following protocols for medication administration and wound or skin care as allowed by local regulations. The role also involves educating patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and skincare routines, while ensuring infection control, safety standards, and proper use of medical and cosmetic equipment. The nurse collaborates with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license/registration in accordance with local regulatory requirements; diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience in clinical settings, preferably dermatology, cosmetic, or outpatient care environments.
• Strong patient care skills, including assessment, monitoring, documentation, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Ability to assist with minor procedures and cosmetic treatments, follow standardized clinical pathways, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Effective communication skills for patient education and counseling, with a respectful, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with electronic medical records and basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling.
• Willingness to follow evidence-based practices, participate in training, and adapt to new cosmetic and dermatologic techniques.
• Fluency in English and local languages used in Karāchi is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic is mandatory
