Role Description The Senior IT role at Speedaf Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and hardware to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, implementing and maintaining network security measures, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams on IT-related needs. The Senior IT professional will support business-critical applications, document procedures, oversee upgrades and backups, and provide guidance to junior IT staff. This role also involves responding to user requests, ensuring timely technical support, and collaborating with management to plan and execute IT projects aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology background with experience in managing enterprise IT environments and supporting business systems.
• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security, including configuring, monitoring, and securing LAN/WAN and related infrastructure.
• Advanced Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues, with a systematic approach to incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated Customer Service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide timely support.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or similar operational environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+) are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
